Online entertainment services collect a lot of personal information about their customers.
This panel will look at the state of the art in the regulation of personal information collected on line, with particular focus on mobile apps. The panel will review recent FTC guidelines regarding mobile app data privacy and look at best practices for data security and responding to a data security breach.
